I would like to be working on a project that I care a lot about, so hopefully developing an industrial recycling process. Within 10 years, I would also like to have gained the necessary experience to lead a team of people to achieve that design work.

Hopefully I will have achieved Chartered Engineer status by then, and will be leading a team of engineers on either the F-35B or another Jet.

Retired! So probably doing lots of gardening and walking. However, I’d still like to carry on as a STEM ambassador going around local schools talking about careers in engineering.

10 years from now i would hope to have successfully completed my degree and progressed into a management role. Also i would continue to help the younger generation to seek new opportunities

I see my self in 10 years managing a big space project, making the big decisions with all the knowledge I plan to gain over the next few years. Apart from that it would be cool to say that I have been involved in some big known name projects.
